We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated English Teacher with 1 to 2 years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a deep understanding of English literature and composition, and a passion for inspiring students.
The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language and literature lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance student learning and engagement.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic and personal development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching practices.
• Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and committees as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of teaching experience in an English classroom setting.
• Strong knowledge of English language, literature, and composition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and effective teaching materials.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
